Pam is a certified Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, and Yin Yoga teacher. She has taken several trauma-informed trainings that include yoga therapy for Veterans, PTSD, and first responders. She is passionate about students reconnecting with themselves and particularly loves the space between the shapes.
Pam is currently serving in the US Coast Guard Reserves after 14yrs. on active duty. Prior to opening forest moon yoga, she owned and operated Damage Control Coffee in Seattle.
