PRIVACY POLICY

We only collect information needed for you to register on our site. Your name and email address will allow you to log in to see your account. Your information is kept safe and secure and no one else can access your account. Credit card transactions are made via the Momoyoga or Square App. All information is on a safe and secure site. Your information is not sold, traded, or transferred to any other organization or individual. Your email address will be used to receive our newsletter, which is sent once or twice a month. You can choose to opt-out of the newsletter when it comes. We seek to protect the integrity of our site and keep your information private.

REFUND POLICY

Merchandise can be returned it is unused/unworn, for up to 10 days after purchase. Memberships and class packages are non-refundable.

IN-PERSON CLASS POLICIES:

CLASSES/EVENTS

Classes & Events start ON-TIME according to our posted schedule. Please arrive early to give yourself the opportunity to arrive on your mat. The door is locked once class starts, late arrivals may not be allowed in. If you are running late please make every effort to contact the studio, we will try to accommodate you.

CLASS PACKAGES

5-class packages have 3-month expiration dates and are valid for all studio classes. Class Packages may be shared. Class Packages are non-refundable. Extending class packages will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and will be honored ONCE for the duration of the membership if approved. Workshops are not included in Class Packages.

CANCELATION POLICY

Classes will be canceled TWELVE (12) hours prior to class start time if there are no students pre-registered online.

MEMBERSHIPS (unlimited yoga):

6-month auto-pay membership that requires 30 days’ notice to cancel. Unlimited memberships are non-refundable. You may not share or transfer your membership to another student. Memberships are valid for all studio and on-demand classes. Placing memberships on hold will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and will be honored ONCE for the duration of the membership if approved. Workshops are not included in Memberships.

WORKSHOPS

We recommend that you pre-register for a workshop to save your space and to ensure the workshop will take place. To register, use the Momoyoga App or contact the studio/sign up in person. In the event that we need to cancel an event or workshop, we will refund your deposit. CANCELLATIONS: at least two weeks prior to the start of the event- the student will receive a full refund, less than two weeks prior to the start of the event- the student will receive a 75% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations 48 hours or less prior to an event.

PRIVATE YOGA CLASSES

In the event that we need to cancel a class, we will refund your deposit. CANCELLATIONS: at least two weeks prior to the class- the student will receive a full refund, less than two weeks prior to the class- the student will receive a 75% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations 24 hours or less prior to class.

If the student arrives late, the class will end according to the schedule.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

Your safety is important to us! In the event of closing due to snow or other inclement weather we will cancel classes via the Momoyoga App and send email notification to all registered Yogis. We will also post via Instagram and Facebook. 

We will follow the Washougal SD when determining closing the studio.
