Winter is the best season to slow down and conserve our energy. The cooler/darker days encourage our "hibernation" where we can take the time to replenish our resources.
FMY is partnering with Ripple Wellness to provide this workshop to help you transition seasons. Students will enjoy a Yin practice with 4-5 poses, followed by an extended savasana accompanied by acupuncture and massage.
