hatha yoga classes will involve physical poses and breathing techniques (pranayama). These poses are typically practiced more slowly and with static posture holds for 3-5 breaths.
Class will be held in a yurt at Connect Wellness in Vancouver. Please click the link for location details. Carpooling is recommended. Stay for community, book a 2hr. spa session after class (12-2p, $40)!
Space is limited inside the yurt, so it's requested that you only bring what you need to take class. Please arrive 10min. early to get settled in. Yoga blocks will be provided.
